Dr. Irma Campos, PhD, Chief Executive Officer.

Informed by cultural and personal values of interconnectedness and serving others, Dr. Irma Campos (Chief Executive Officer) pursued a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Florida in order to understand and support positive change. Trained as a researcher and practitioner, she developed experience in conducting, discerning, and applying psychological studies to practice. For over 15 years, Dr. Irma Campos has approached her work as a trusted advisor and problem-solver as a vocational calling.

As a business owner and management consultant for almost 10 years, she has witnessed the importance of developing, optimizing, and honoring human capital across organizations. Dr. Irma Campos has been published in peer-reviewed journals and regularly makes media appearances to share with and learn from others.

Michael Vann, CTO & Chief Technology Advisor

As Chief Technology Officer and Chief Technology Advisor at GrowSpan Consulting, Michael Vann leads the firm’s technology strategy and execution, ensuring that both internal systems and client solutions are purpose-built for growth, security, and operational excellence. He oversees cloud platforms, cybersecurity, collaboration systems, data frameworks, and digital infrastructure that enable GrowSpan’s teams to serve clients reliably and at scale.

Michael also serves as a trusted technology advisor to small business leaders, guiding them through technology strategy, digital transformation, software evaluation, IT infrastructure design, cybersecurity, and process automation tailored to their unique goals and budgets. His approach is pragmatic, vendor-agnostic, and focused on measurable outcomes that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and resilience.

In addition to advising clients, Michael stewards the development of GrowSpan Consulting’s digital assets, including online learning systems, CRM platforms, and client engagement tools. He partners with the CEO and executive team to infuse technology into service offerings, training products, and long-term growth systems, while establishing key vendor partnerships and governance frameworks.

Michael’s background spans enterprise IT, systems architecture, and technology leadership in complex, regulated environments—experience he leverages to help organizations modernize technology thoughtfully and securely. At GrowSpan Consulting, he is committed to empowering teams and clients to leverage technology as a strategic advantage.

Annette Campos, MBA, Chief Operating Officer

Annette Campos serves as Chief Operating Officer at GrowSpan Consulting, where she leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensures that internal systems, client engagements, and service delivery run with consistency, efficiency, and excellence. She is the operational backbone of the organization, translating strategy into scalable processes that support sustainable growth.

Annette oversees all core business functions, including operations, finance, client onboarding and engagement, scheduling, internal training, and administrative workflows. She is responsible for developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization, ensuring that GrowSpan Consulting delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for both clients and internal teams.

Working closely with the CEO and CTO, Annette manages financial operations such as budgeting, expense tracking, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting, while also supporting long-term planning and organizational development. She plays a key role in monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous operational improvement and client satisfaction.

Annette brings a strong background in business operations, finance, and organizational management, with a practical, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. She is deeply committed to building efficient systems, clear communication, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
